New Paper just published on non-invasive extraction of hemodynamic variables in rats

We’re thrilled to share our latest paper demonstrating the feasibility of completely non-invasive evaluation of inotrope effects!

Seeing progress in stroke volume and cardiac output monitoring since my PhD is truly rewarding says Timothé FLENET, CEO and Scientific Director of Etisense .

Hemodynamics evaluation is of paramount importance in preclinical research. However, current standards often face practical challenges due to the limitations of invasive or restraining methods currently used in drug discovery and safety testing. 🚫💉

This work is crucial for accelerating preclinical research by developing a reliable non-invasive alternative using jacketed telemetry. We target higher fidelity data and significantly better animal welfare, directly supporting the 3Rs (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement) and scientific excellence. 📈🔬❤️

🙏 A huge congratulations and thank you to the entire team, Agathe Cambier, Charles Eynard, Julie Fontecave Jallon and Pierre-Yves Guméry!
Special thanks to TIMC Lab for their invaluable support and expertise, and to Leandro Fontana Pires for his significant contribution to this research during his PhD.

More exciting developments are on the horizon—stay tuned!
