DECRO® solution discloses new results at the Safety Pharmacology Society Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Safety-Pharmacology Society is taking place digitally during the 1st week of October. During the meeting, new results of the use of DECRO® solution in rats will be presented.

These results show the reliability of the solution to study pharmacological effects of drugs1,2, but also to demonstrate the feasibility of doing repeated longitudinal assessment of vital functions using the DECRO® telemetric jacketed solution in socially-housed rats2.

The study done in collaboration with the Safety-Pharmacology Team of Charles River Laboratories in Lyon will be presented at the live session on Monday 4th, 6:45pm, during the Charles River Partner Session untitled: “Pioneering the Path of Safety-Pharmacology” and, during the Rapid-Fire Session n°5 on Thursday, 7th (#66).

“We thank Charles River for this highlight. The study done with the team in Lyon has helped Etisense to make a further step towards delivering a non-invasive physiological monitoring solution answering most of the needs of the researchers.”

A second study done in collaboration with the French CRO ANS Biotech will be presented in the Pulmonary Models (In vivo Conscious, Anaesthetized or Other) Poster Session. It studies the pharmacological effect of an opioide drug with DECRO® connected jacket (#71).

For your convenience, you can get a copy of these abstracts by clicking on the references below and access on demand poster recordings after the meeting.

If you’d like to know more about the details of the data released, we encourage you to contact us here or at contact@etisense.com

For those attending the conference, we encourage you to visit our virtual booth. Corinne Simon and Timothé Flenet will be available to present DECRO® and answer to your scientific questions.
